I specialize in taking companies public and have served as a director and senior officer for many. On the private side, I focus on strategies that align business and personal goals, acting as a high-level consultant for financial and operational issues. I also have expertise in cross-border structures and planning.
After spending nearly a decade as an entrepreneur, Paul joined the firm in 1999 and currently serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. A graduate of the University of Toronto, Paul placed third in Canada on the Uniform Final Examinations and currently holds Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada) and Certified Public Accountant (United States) designations.
